yesterday-BS wooo...yesterday was really cool cool cool cool cool! i love it! went for bible study.. it was about how to read your bible. although i missed 2 sessions, but i get what pastor was trying to say. the purpose of the bible is to reveal God's plan and passion for salvation..((= TOOLS OF INTERPRETATION #1. the test of priority - how vital is this point in the bible? #2. the test of consistency - does the point repeat and repeat over and over? #3. the test of intentionality -what was the purpose? #4. the test of clarity -what does the bible really say? #5. the test of honesty - what personal biases do i bring into the text? i feel that it's really important to really understand the word of God. but i have some problems doing QT. and its all excuses. i shall pray and fast about it. i guess. (?) after BS.. went to buddy hoagies for lunch and started studying.  see the iPOD? calculator etc.. BORED...  yuhong !!!  yi ning and the rest.  we really hard fun studying. but really tired then.. haha. and i am so tempted by all the food there.. yummy..hehhe.. then left at 7 plus as we're really tired..... jane say bye. |
